This is a short working policy for Hired.fyi. It will be replaced with a more complete version later. It is not formal legal advice.

If you create an account, we store the name, email, and password (or social login) you give us. If you share a story, we store what you submit, including optional details about the role, company, and process. We also collect basic usage data to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use account information to sign you in, send verification or reset emails, and operate the product. We use story content to publish hiring insights for other users. We do not sell your personal information.

Stories and anonymity

Stories are meant to be read without identifying the author. Do not put your name, email, or other contact details in a story. We may hide or edit a post if it looks like it could identify you or someone else.

Analytics and cookies

We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to keep you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work as well if you do.
