Terms of Use

These are working terms for Hired.fyi. They describe how the site is meant to be used today and will be replaced with a fuller version later.

The service

Hired.fyi is a place to share and read anonymous accounts of how people get hired — interviews, offers, and the process around them. We may change, limit, or pause features as the product evolves.

Accounts

You need an account to post and to use the full site. Keep your login details to yourself and use an email you actually check. We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or other people.

Stories you share

You are responsible for what you submit. Share your own experience, do not include private information about other people, and do not post anything illegal or that you do not have the right to share. We may edit, hide, or remove stories to keep the community usable.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, try to unmask anonymous authors, spam, or use Hired.fyi in a way that harms other users or the service. We can refuse access if that happens.

No guarantees

Stories come from other people. We do not promise they are complete or that using the site will get you a job. The service is provided as-is.
